Payment Policy

  • All new participants are welcome to one free trial for a class.

  • All bookings are taken on a pay as you go and first come first served basis.

  • Early bird discounts apply to bookings made using our website at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class.

  • The participant must be registered by completing the booking process using the Elevate website booking form to secure their place in a class: www.elevatenetball.co.uk/booking

  • Non-registered children cannot participate and children that are registered but have not booked in advance cannot be guaranteed a place in the class.

  • All fees are payable on booking and administered by either a bank transfer to Elevate Netball Ltd or cash at the start of the class.

Refund Policy

A refund or credit for the fees paid is provided:

  • If Elevate Netball Ltd cancels a class.

  • If Elevate Netball Ltd changes the dates, times or venue of a class that you have booked on, and you are unable to attend the new dates, times or venue.

  • If you cancel in writing at least 48 hours in advance of the start of your class. This should be done by completing the ‘Contact Us’ form on the website: www.elevatenetball.co.uk/contact-us

  • At the discretion of Elevate Netball Ltd.

A refund or credit for the fees paid will not be provided:

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the start of your class.

  • If you fail to attend a class or event and provide no notice or notice within 48 hours of the start of the class

  • If you have used a ‘block booking’ discount.

Inclement Weather Policy

  • In the event the outdoor facilities are deemed unsafe to use for the class, where possible, indoor facilities at the venue will be used.

  • In the event there are no indoor facilities available and the class must be cancelled, you will be emailed at least 30 minutes before the start.

  • A refund or credit is provided if Elevate Netball Ltd cancels a class.

Merchandise Policy

  • By placing an order, the customer accepts that the order is final. We will try to accommodate order changes or cancellation requests but cannot guarantee it will be possible.

  • Cancellations that are requested by the customer may be subject to a charge, as we may have already prepared artwork, ordered stock that we do not hold or re-organised our production line.

  • Garments offered are subject to availability.

  • Garment sizes given on the site are provided by the manufacturer. They are reasonably accurate and ‘industry standard’ but are given as a guide only.

  • For products that are personalised and printed to order, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. Personalised items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if the garment itself is faulty.

  • Non personalised items can be returned up to 28 days after purchase is received. Items must be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact).

  • Orders will be processed within 2 weeks and available to collect at the next Sunday session. We do not offer a delivery service.

  • Payment must be made via bank transfer. Details will be shared on an invoice of which will be sent as soon as your order has been processed.

Liability Policy

  • Elevate Netball Ltd maintains public liability insurance with AXA XL for Sports Associations and Coaching.

  • Elevate Netball Ltd is responsible for participant and equipment safety, emergency procedures and first aid during its classes.

  • Elevate Netball Ltd takes no responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought to its classes.

  • Parent/carers are responsible for their own travel arrangements for participants to and from all classes.
