DIRECTOR & HEAD COACH

Netball has been a huge part of my life for over 25 years! I have always had a passion for the sport, which has since led to not only playing but being a Level 2 coach and C award umpire in Hertfordshire.

As a qualified PE teacher and now Head of PE, I have experience in developing the skills and abilities of young people in various sports. However, a main focus of mine is to inspire a love for sport and give opportunity to all.

Being able to provide a further opportunity for young people to develop their netball skills, and a passion for sport, without the pressures of competition, is really great!

Creating a culture where children can develop their confidence, sporting abilities and social skills is something I will always aim to achieve. I believe this is what Elevate Netball is all about!

DIRECTOR & COACH

We established Elevate Netball with the ambition of creating more opportunities for all young people to access netball. As a qualified PE Teacher for over 20 years’ I’ve enjoyed coaching children in the game and seeing them develop both their abilities and skillset, as well as friendships that last well into adulthood. Teamwork, health & fitness and mental determination are all qualities that I have seen grow in young people, through good quality netball coaching.

I am a Level 2 Netball Coach and am fully enhanced DBS checked to work with children. I have successfully coached netball teams in Borough, Middx County and National competitions, taking many students on both UK and International netball tours. My ethos has always been participation and access for all, as well as creating opportunities and pathways for advanced skill development.

All our coaches are highly skilled and experienced, who are highly motivated in our fun and engaging culture as well as able to develop the children’s learning, skill level and progress.
